Client representation

As representatives of the clients, we work basically as trustees, that is to say that we only represent the interests of the clientele. In so doing our work extends from the analysis via the management and execution to corrective interventions concerning the progress of projects for new builds and conversions.

The services essentially cover:

  • Market analysis, examination of the letting or sale options, specification of types of property
  • Letter of instruction to architect, examination of pilot studies, checking of ground plans and lettable or saleable areas
  • Organisation of project management, meetings, regular site visits, initial letting or sale, acceptance of the new builds and supervision of the guarantee works
  • Checking of invoices and payment instructions submitted by architects, management of a bank account and payment plans, on-going control of accounts, control of guarantee retention money falling due
  • Responsibility for the conclusion of the buildersā€˜ risk and civil engineering risks insurances
  • Assertion of the interests of the clientele in all planning and building phases
